Job summary

Allegiant-Carter Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager in Mobile, AL to lead rent collection, delinquency, and renewal efforts while assisting prospective residents. You will oversee move-in/out processes, maintain files, and coordinate with the office and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in multifamily properties; Yardi experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous multifamily property experience preferred.
• Yardi experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with property oversight and leasing team training.
• Support the Leasing Professional in leasing apartments and ensuring Fair Housing guidelines are followed.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to questions promptly.
• Post rental collections and oversee accounting functions for the community.
• Meet regularly with Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss leasing issues.
• Maintain lease files and records for the community.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
