Qualifications

• Professional appearance and manner required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Lease apartments in line with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinate lease applications including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets with all documentation.
• Ensure apartments are in move-in ready condition after final inspection.
• Follow up with residents and coordinate lease renewals.
