Allegiant-Carter Management, a Carter Funds Company, is seeking a Leasing Agent for Liberty Mill in Germantown, MD. This full-time role focuses on welcoming residents and prospects, leasing apartments, and coordinating the application process.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prior leasing or customer service experience, with a professional appearance and demeanor essential for day-to-day interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Previous property management leasing experience (Highly Desired).
• Previous customer service experience (Preferred).
• Ability to maintain both a professional appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartment in accordance with budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Coordinating the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Completing lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease, all addendums and other proper documentation.
• Ensuring the condition of leased apartments prior to move-in, including a final inspection and walk through with resident.
• Following up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinating the renewal process for each lease.
