Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for a floating role covering Courts of Avalon and associated communities in Pikesville, MD. This full-time position focuses on welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating leases with efficiency and a customer-first mindset.

• 1 year of leasing experience or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Stand and greet visitors; give tours and interact with prospective residents.
• Process applications, leases, and lease files professionally and timely.
• Coordinate renewals and manage resident accounts.
• Assist with marketing and social media postings for the community.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable laws.
