Allegiant-Carter Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for The Maxwell in Rome, GA. You will be the face of the community, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease files with a focus on excellent customer service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of fair housing laws, and the ability to coordinate renewals and marketing efforts. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of leasing experience or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of federal and/or local fair housing laws preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and prospective residents with a professional demeanor.
• Provide leasing office atmosphere and interact with residents and prospects.
• Handle day-to-day resident issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Coordinate renewals of existing leases.
• Plan and oversee resident activities as requested by the Property Manager.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts with tours and calls.
• Ensure models/market-readiness inspected daily before showing.
• Address property deficiencies with the property manager.
