Responsibilities

• Maintain the leasing office and model apartments to high standards.
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects; present features and benefits to secure leases.
• Handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Explain lease terms and prerequisites to new residents.
• Coordinate move-in dates and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Generate and review leasing reports and monitor market rates.
• Support resident satisfaction and retention through events and communications.
