Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Tempe is seeking a Leasing Consultant at San Palmilla. You will greet prospective and current residents and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the application process and tours.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and good time management and organization. An associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the 'face' of Mark-Taylor—greeting prospective and current residents and delivering an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale—guide applicants through the complete process and follow up on status.
• Create positive experiences for residents through email, phone, and in person.
• Maintain resident files, collect rent payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Reflect Mark-Taylor’s high brand standards in curb appeal, resident experience, and culture.
