Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Aviva Mesa in Mesa, AZ. You will be the face of the company, greeting prospective and current residents and delivering exceptional service throughout the leasing process.

You will conduct tours, guide applicants through the application, and follow up on status while maintaining resident files and pricing. This role emphasizes resident experience and brand standards in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Goal oriented, self-starter work ethic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mark-Taylor, greeting prospective and current residents with exceptional service.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
• Close the sale by guiding applicants through the application process and status follow-up.
• Create positive experiences for residents through all communication channels.
• Maintain resident files, process payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
• Represent Mark-Taylor’s standards for curb appeal and resident experience.
