Qualifications

• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the “face” of Mark-Taylor greeting prospective and current residents and providing an exceptional experience.
• Conduct detailed and informative tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale—guide through the complete application process and follow up.
• Create positive experiences for residents through email, phone, and in-person communication.
• Maintain resident files, process rental payments, and manage availability and pricing.
• Contribute to Mark-Taylor’s brand standards for curb appeal and resident experience.
