Job summary

The Franklin Group in Pikesville, MD is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show apartments, process applications, and support the community's marketing plan. You will maintain model units, respond to resident needs, and uphold Fair Housing standards.

As part of a team of 1,000+ professionals, you’ll contribute to leasing targets, perform clerical tasks, and help with rent collection and generated reports. High school diploma and customer-service skills required; on-site role with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–3 months related experience accepted.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Fair Housing knowledge within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and deposits.
• Maintain model and target apartments; ensure curb appeal.
• Support marketing efforts and maintain store/office organization.
• Handle rent collection and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks.
