Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to join the property management team in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing apartment homes while providing exceptional customer service and supporting renewals, all in line with Holland's core values.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and preferably previous customer service or sales experience. You will also have opportunities for advancement and involvement in community activities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact at the property, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Responsible for leasing apartment homes, following the lease process.
• Act as a liaison for Residents and management, ensuring excellent communication.

Skills

Excellent communications and organizational skills

Thorough knowledge of Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws

Ability to work in a mobile leasing environment

Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
