• Collect deposits and process applications.
• Ensure model apartments are ready and clean.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, availability, and policies.
• Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in resident files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints professionally.
