Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features to secure leases.

• Ensure model apartments are ready and workspace is clean.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locators and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and competitive property awareness.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs and move-in files.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management.
• Handle resident requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
