Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the community's sales representative, greeting prospective residents, presenting features, and securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.

This full-time position requires collecting deposits, preparing model spaces, and maintaining accurate move-in files while staying informed on lease terms, availability, and market conditions. Strong customer service and sales approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features to secure lease agreements.
• Collect deposits and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure model apartments are ready and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit availability, policies, and screening processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales techniques to prospective residents.
• Engage with locator services and local businesses for informational materials.
• Conduct outreach marketing and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create and maintain move-in files and ongoing documentation.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents and handle requests courteously.
