Responsibilities include collecting deposits, processing applications, keeping model homes ready, and applying knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, and policies.

The role requires strong communication, professionalism, and organization, with customer service experience preferred in leasing.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred in leasing or related role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present features and benefits of the community.
• Collect deposits and process applications for future residents.
• Maintain model/apartment readiness and keep workspace tidy.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Use effective customer service and sales techniques to close leases.
• Maintain contacts with locator services and local businesses for informational material.
• Engage in outreach marketing and competitive property research.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary property or resident situations.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
