Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet clients, showcase community features, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants. The role involves collecting deposits, processing applications, and maintaining model apartments and relationships with locator services.

Requirements include strong written and verbal communication, professionalism in a fast-paced setting, organization, and customer service experience in leasing.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present features/benefits of the community.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Collect deposits and process applications.
• Ensure model/apartments are ready and workspace is clean.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability, policies, and required information.
• Use professional customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and action property comparisons.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create and maintain move-in resident files and ongoing file maintenance.
• Address resident requests and complaints courteously.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
