Bader is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Minnesota to drive sales and leasing for our Ansel community. You will respond to inquiries, tour prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process while delivering outstanding service to residents and neighbors.

The role requires experience in leasing and customer service, with opportunities to engage in social media marketing and resident events within a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• 1 year: Customer Service
• 1 year: Leasing/Property Management
• 1 year: Social Media Marketing
• 1 year: Resident Events

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, website, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into community tours and lease applications.
• Conduct personalized apartment and community tours highlighting features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
• Guide prospects through the application, screening, approval, and lease-signing process.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, competing communities, rental rates, and community amenities.
• Achieve leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals established by management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, guests, and vendors.
