ARTISAN Management Group is seeking a Leasing Professional at our Minnesota communities. You will ensure resident satisfaction while achieving leasing, retention, and occupancy goals, with strong communication and relationship-building at the core.

You will manage tours through move-in, showcase community features, support renewals, and help coordinate resident events, while maintaining compliance with policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a sales‑oriented role; on-site leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales ability and excellent communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; RealPage experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Showcase community features to match prospect needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups.
• Coordinate resident events and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competitors to aid decisions.
• Ensure renewals with stakeholder-focused approach.
• Uphold policies, and assist with safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with team on leasing and outreach initiatives.
