Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Henderson, NV to drive lease sales, tour the community, and follow up with prospects. You will prepare lease packages, deliver excellent service, and foster a sense of community for residents and potential renters.

In this role, you will work with a team, multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and leverage local market knowledge to support marketing efforts and occupancy goals. A strong customer service background and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest, conduct tours, and close sales for leases.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units and common areas are ready.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease packages with accurate records.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and assist marketing plans.
