Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist at our Woodland Hills community. You will sell and renew residential leases, tour the property, and follow up with prospective residents, aiming to close sales while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll maintain readiness of leasing offices and models, process applications, and help develop local marketing plans to boost community visibility. A strong customer focus and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents and engage them through programs and events to reduce turnover.
• Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease packages while documenting resident and customer information.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and assist in developing marketing plans to increase community visibility.
