Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist to sell and renew residential leases, conduct community tours, and manage follow-up with prospective residents. The role emphasizes closing the sale, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a sense of community.

You will also prepare lease packages, handle applications, and stay informed about local market conditions to support marketing efforts and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• PA Real Estate License is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, following up with prospective residents, and closing effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents and engage them through programs and events to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover.
• Ensure leasing office, models, vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards.
• Process all rental applications for approval and prepare lease packages with proper documentation and data protection.
• Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and assist in developing marketing plans using advertising, internet, outreach marketing and referrals.
