Waterton is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Roswell, GA to sell and renew residential leases, tour the community, and follow up with prospective residents. You will close sales, provide outstanding service, and help build a strong sense of community.

The role emphasizes accurate lease processing and protecting resident information. Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales or customer service experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by answering questions, conducting tours, and closing sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents and engage them through events.
• Ensure leasing offices, models, vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease packages with accurate documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and assist in marketing plans to boost visibility.
