Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing and resident relations for our communities in Austin. You will handle lease signings, show properties and guide applicants through the application process while upholding Fair Housing standards.

You will greet prospects, qualify leads, process credit checks and ensure accuracy of occupancy reports, move-ins and paperwork. The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication and teamwork with property

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education required.
• Experience with leasing or property management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours by phone, web or in person.
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close leases and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Support social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Address resident questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to fulfill service requests and close leads.
