Job summary

Avanti Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing activity, conduct in-person tours, and build relationships with prospective residents. You will work with the Community Manager and onsite team to meet occupancy goals, coordinate move-ins, and maintain presentation standards across the property.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and effective communication, with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with technology including iPad and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, engaging tours for scheduled and walk-in prospects to drive applications.
• Own the leasing process from tour to follow-up, converting prospects into residents.
• Develop resident retention and engagement programs to improve satisfaction.
• Manage community website, social media, and outreach to drive occupancy.
• Ensure move-in ready apartments meet standards and coordinate orientations.
• Facilitate move-in orientations and uphold curb appeal and policy awareness.
