Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will conduct tours, generate leads, complete leasing paperwork, and assist in resident retention programs while maintaining data accuracy and following policies. This role emphasizes customer service and local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Conducts all leasing functions to close the sale; generate leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with walk-throughs and turn process.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to drive traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Address resident concerns and assist in retention programs.
