Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required; you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

Responsibilities include completing leasing paperwork, maintaining prospect data, and supporting marketing plans while ensuring resident satisfaction. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletters).
• Enforce community policies and provide excellent customer service to residents.
