Peak Living is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist to join our team. Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will support all aspects of community operations and help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes customer service, leasing processes, renewal administration, and coordinating resident activities. Peak Living offers PTO, holidays, benefits, and retirement matching to support your ongoing success.

Qualifikationen

• Onsite Leasing Consultant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Aufgaben

• Assist with customer service and leasing responsibilities including greeting prospective residents, gathering prospect information, setting appointments, showing apartments, generating quotes, closing, and processing deposits.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Insert renewal rates as approved and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances and collect delinquencies while enforcing the lease to maximize revenue.
• Help organize community activities, newsletters, and retention efforts.
