Descrizione del lavoro

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist to join our team. Under the supervision of the Community Manager, you will assist with customer service, leasing processes, showing model apartments, generating quotes, and securing deposits for residents across our communities.

The ideal candidate has onsite leasing experience, strong English communication, and the ability to handle paperwork for new and renewal leases, while upholding leasing standards and delivering friendly, responsive

Competenze

Must have onsite leasing experience or similar in multi-family housing or hospitality.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient English communication required.

Mansioni

Support customer service and leasing responsibilities, greet prospective residents, schedule appointments, show model apartments, generate quotes, close leases, and secure deposits.
Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
Process renewal rates and deliver renewal notices to secure renewals.
Review resident files and accounts to manage delinquencies and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
Assist in organizing community activities and communications to improve retention.
Regular Saturday work.
Spanish language ability preferred.
