Job summary

Capstone Management in Austin seeks a Leasing Associate to drive apartment sales and occupancy. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease packages for move-in, ensuring a smooth tenant experience.

Two years of leasing experience and solid sales, communication, and computer skills are required, with weekend availability. You will coordinate with maintenance, market the community, and support lease renewals.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and handle credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth resident move-ins.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Follow marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize on-site property management software to track availability and data.
• Support lease renewals and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and concerns.
