Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Austin, TX to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and prepare leases while ensuring move-in readiness and high resident satisfaction.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, occupancy, and data, support renewal efforts, and help optimize occupancy and revenue. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential leasing and sales activities.
• Ability to greet, tour, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Valid driver’s license for on-property duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and perform credit/background checks.
• Maintain show units and communicate maintenance needs to staff.
• Execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Track leasing activities using on-site software and maintain data quality.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents ahead of move-out dates.
