Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy, market the community, and provide exceptional service to applicants and residents. You will lead tours, present amenities, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.

Responsibilities include marketing, leasing, and renewal support, with a focus on maintaining high resident satisfaction and accurate administrative processes. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions.
• Regular attendance, reliability and punctuality during regularly scheduled hours.
• Ability to work nights and weekends, upon request.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be available on the last and first day of the month for turns.

Responsibilities

• Address the concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Market and advertise the community using various media and materials.
• Present the community and its amenities to prospects and discuss lease terms.
• Tour and lease units with prospects and explain layouts and facilities.
• Enter applicant information into property management software.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals.
• Assist residents with applications and renewal paperwork.
• Perform timely follow-up with residents and prospects.
