Responsibilities include marketing activities, tenant relations, and maintaining quality show units. A valid driver’s license is required, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and move‑in packages.
• Perform credit screening and background checks; prepare lease documents.
• Schedule move‑in and ensure units are ready for occupancy.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and marketing plans to boost occupancy.
