Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing and marketing coordinator to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and coordinate renewals, while coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and proficiency with OneSite or Yardi. A valid driver’s license is required for property operations. This is a full-time on-site position at a Greystar community.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, and tenant screening.
• Proficient with on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Valid driver’s license as required for golf-cart operation on-property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and lease signings.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Manage prospect and resident data in PM software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents.
