Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will implement marketing plans, track occupancy trends, and engage in resident relations to drive renewals. Familiarity with OneSite/Yardi is preferred, and the role requires flexibility to meet property needs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal programs.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness with maintenance collaboration.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Execute marketing activities and drive traffic via online and referral programs.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with timely documentation and outreach.
• Respond to resident and owner inquiries promptly and document requests.
