Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring a smooth move-in and resident experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, implementing marketing plans, leveraging OneSite/Yardi, and coordinating renewals. You will respond to inquiries, support maintenance, and uphold show-quality standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare the lease.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activities and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages in advance of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and resolve issues.
