Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant in West Des Moines to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, prepare the lease, and ensure a smooth move-in and renewal process.

You will design marketing activities, track data with OneSite/Yardi, and maintain show units to meet Greystar standards, supporting occupancy and revenue goals while delivering resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to greet and qualify prospects and convert tours to applications.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing activities to drive community traffic and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit and background checks, and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Design and execute marketing activities, online campaigns, and referrals to drive traffic.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
