Greystar is seeking a Leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 188-unit midrise community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, and prepare lease packages.

• Must be able to conduct property tours, qualified upon applicants, process applications and screenings.
• Experience designing and executing marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Ability to follow community policies on concessions and specials.
