Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, screen credit/ background, and prepare move‑in packages to achieve occupancy targets.

You will also inspect units, implement marketing plans, and maintain show quality while driving traffic through multiple channels. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

• Experience in leasing and sales to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for resident relations.
• Ability to design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move‑in package.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and coordinate with maintenance to address items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create and drive traffic through on-site marketing, referrals, employer outreach, and internet channels.
• Utilize OneSite/Yardi to track availability, leasing activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and merchandising.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and document requests.
