Greystar is hiring for a leasing-forward property management role in Murrieta, CA. The position coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, touring communities, processing applications, credit checks, preparing leases, and coordinating move-ins. Candidates need 2+ years in property management; Yardi/CRM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and handling lease signings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness, coordinating with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company quality standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests.
