Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects and tours to drive occupancy.
• Process applications including credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-in.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness and upkeep.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
