Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour properties, process applications, and sign leases.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and inquiries.
• Track availability and leasing activities in property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
