Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent in Murfreesboro, TN to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, screen credits, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-in.

You’ll use OneSite/Yardi, monitor property standards, and support renewal programs to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use property management software for tracking leads and leases.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates move-in readiness.
• Develops and executes marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Conducts tours, processes applications, and handles lease signings.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office daily.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Supports lease renewal process with timely communications.
