Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dynamic Leasing Associate in Golden, CO to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a thriving community. You’ll greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals, using OneSite/Yardi and other tools to track occupancy and traffic.

Excellent customer service, sales mindset, and ability to work flexible evenings/weekends are required; the role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct property tours.
• Experience with property-management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packets.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and data.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
