Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents, ensuring a smooth move-in and high occupancy.

You will stay informed on market conditions, implement marketing plans, and manage online campaigns and referrals to drive traffic and leases, while maintaining data in OneSite/Yardi. This role requires flexibility and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour, process applications and prepare leases.
• Familiarity with on-site management software and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, screen applicants, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect units pre-move-in and coordinate upkeep.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via referrals and online marketing.
• Maintain and analyze data in OneSite/Yardi for residents and prospects.
