Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy.
• Convert phone inquiries to appointments.
• Tour the community with prospective residents.
• Pre-qualify applicants and review applications.
• Move-in new residents and complete paperwork.
• Renew existing leases and notify on expiration.
• Handle daily office duties and weekly reports.
• Assist with general office tasks as needed.
