Qualifications

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and Entrata software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of property.
• Support development and execution of annual marketing plans.
• Daily follow-up with prospects to close leases.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and market through research.
• Meet occupancy targets through leasing goals and renewal programs.
• Keep office and common areas clean and professional.
