Key duties include leasing apartments, converting calls to appointments, showing the community to prospective residents, processing applications, and guiding move-ins. The position requires strong customer service and sales skills and a willingness to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Self-motivated, positive personality, and sales-driven.
• Present yourself in a professional, neat, and well-groomed manner.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments.
• Convert telephone traffic to appointments.
• Tour community with prospective residents.
• Move-in new residents.
• Review all paperwork with new residents (applications, credit checks).
• Notify applicants on status of their application.
• Renew current resident leases and manage lease expirations.
