Job summary

Bryten is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Avani North Apartments in Tucson, AZ. You’ll greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage leases while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Ideal candidates have leasing or related experience with outstanding customer service, organizational prowess, and proficiency in property management software. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents and guests in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities.
• Guiding applicants from inquiry through move-in.
• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related docs.
• Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Supporting retention through outstanding service and engagement.
• Maintaining organized resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinating with maintenance to uphold appearance standards.
• Assisting with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
