Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is required.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and maintain occupancy.
