Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Plantation, FL to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community. You will show and lease apartments, coordinate marketing initiatives, assist retention efforts, and support the Property Manager in daily operations for a positive living experience.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, processing applications, conducting tours, and maintaining documentation in Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (property mgmt preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience a must.
• Experience using social media (Facebook/Instagram) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready; coordinate with maintenance and finalize onboarding.
